Birth Year: 1957 in Chiba

Takayuki has an extensive carrier at sea as navigating officer and at shore as a manager of maritime department. He is one of the youngest marine counsels in Japan who frequents at the Maritime Accident Inquiry Agency. His experience at sea gives him an advantage when investigating cases involving ships with state-of-the-art equipment and system.

So far, he has taken care of more than 100 collision cases. He also makes investigations on cargo defense, salvage, grounding, off spec bunker and other marine casualties. Many clients rely on his diligent and sincere attitude. His goal is to be like a seasoned ex-mariner lawyer in London.

Married with two kids. They are the source of his driving force.
