OUTLINE
www.japanlaw.co.jp site (former japanlaw.com site) was
originally opened by Nakamura & Associates to introduce Japanese
laws and practices topicwise. Nakamura & Associates was merged
with Yoshida & Partners, and renamed as Yoshida & Partners
as of January 1, 2000. We, Yoshida & Partners are Japanese
attorneys-at-law. Though we are busy in handling cases, we will
try to find time to add information to this japanlaw site. We
would appreciate your inquiry about Japanese laws and practices
through e-mail to yandp@japanlaw.co.jp.
We will check topics and write and upload articles here to indirectly
answer your questions. We will concentrate the articles about
commercial laws and practices, such as corporation, intellectual
properties, admiralty, insurance, antitrust, contract, etc.
